2. Services Description
   We offer professional pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of our services will be as detailed in the quote provided to you.

3. Quotes and Payments
   a) All quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
   b) Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon..
   c) Any additional services not listed in the initial quote will be charged accordingly.

4. Cancellation Policy
   Clients can cancel their appointment without any charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

5. Liability and Damages
   Jet & Co takes utmost care in all services rendered. We are not liable for any pre-existing damages or defects on properties. Any claim regarding our services must be made within 7 days of service completion.

6. Safety and Compliance
   We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a property or situation is unsafe for our staff or equipment.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. We recommend that users check this page regularly to be aware of any changes.

8. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be adjudicated in the corresponding local jurisdiction.
